1. Service Description

Mr. Chamberlain is an AI-powered personal butler assistant that provides document management, proactive reminders, research, creative assistance, and connected service integrations. The service is operated by the entity identified in our Impressum.

2. Account Registration

To use Mr. Chamberlain, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Credits

3.1 Plans

• Apprentice (Free) — Limited daily interactions with basic AI model
• Citizen — 1,000 credits/month, premium AI model access
• Aristocrat — 3,000 credits/month, premium AI model access, priority support

3.2 Credits

Credits are consumed per interaction. Premium model interactions cost 3 credits; basic model interactions cost 1 credit. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.

3.3 Top-Ups

Additional credit top-ups can be purchased. Top-up credits expire 30 days after purchase.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time via the billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

5.1 Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. Refund requests after this window will not be honoured. To request a refund, contact us at the email address on our Contact page.

5.2 Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been used. Unused top-up credits expire 30 days after purchase.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free Apprentice tier.
• Unused monthly credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Upload malicious content or attempt prompt injection attacks
• Reverse engineer or extract AI model weights
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

Mr. Chamberlain uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always verify important information independently.

8. Connected Services

You may connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) to Mr. Chamberlain. When you do, the butler can read and act on data from those services according to your instructions. You can disconnect services at any time from the integrations page.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr. Chamberlain is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
